DALLAS, Dec 25, 2012/ — In 2009, Dallas had a White Christmas after 83 years. Three years later, we had another White Christmas. It started snowing in our neighborhood about noontime on Christmas Day and did not let up until late at night. But according to weather reports, it started snowing much earlier in other parts of the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex. And thus making 2012 officially a White Christmas year in my home city.
