Book Review: Almost a Bride by Kimberly Llewellyn

Rating:

Laugh Out Loud Funny

The story of Kip and Ivy, “Almost A Bride” is delightfully funny, sexy and sure to hold your attention from beginning to end.

With both of them nursing broken hearts and swearing off serious relationships forever, Kip and Ivy signed up for a study on human sexuality and sex appeal. While doing their assignments, the couple underwent situations that were hilarious yet very erotic at the same time. (I could not say anymore without revealing the plot.)

Definitely a great storyteller, Kimberly Llewelyn brought all characters come to life. Kip and Ivy became very real and the minor characters, though they received very little screen time were also fleshed out nicely. In short, the author took care that every one of her characters feel alive to the reader.

A must read if you like romance or even if you just want a feel good book to curl into.

Rated M for Mature due to some sexual content
