So, seeing a recipe book from one of my favorite New York restaurants is a treat. Because although I am not a vegan, I do enjoy eating healthy; so why not eat healthy with the best!

For cooks out there, Vegan Holiday Cooking from Candle Cafe is a must-have cookbook in your arsenal. And for those of you who are like me who just dabbles in the kitchen, this “Celebratory Menus and Recipes from New York’s Premier Plant-Based Restaurants ” is something we cannot pass up.
