Book Review: Wicked Ride by Rebecca Zanetti

wicked rideA spin off of the highly successful and very popular “Dark Protectors” series, the new “Realm Enforcers” series begins with “Wicked Ride” which promises to be as exciting and as engaging as its predecessor.

With cameo appearances by the lead characters from the “Dark Protectors” series, the life of Seattle Police Detective Alexandra Monzelle and Realm Enforcer Kellach Dunne became more hectic and chaotic as if being dangerous with death and mayhem always a possibility was not enough.

And though Alexandra is mortal and Kellach is an immortal, there is chemistry between them that cannot be denied. They have to fight that attraction because if they give in, lives will be endangered including their own, their family and the innocents.

If steamy sex scenes and high speed chases are not enough to get your adrenaline going; try the mystery / thriller element in the story and you will definitely get hooked to this new series by Rebecca Zanetti.

Once you started, Wicked Ride is hard to put down hence this book is classified as #NSFB, which is basically, “Not Suitable for Bedtime”. Believe me, the book will keep you awake because you will want to know what happens next.

Wicked Ride is Rated M for Mature due to violence and sexual content.

“Non-stop action and a hero to die for!” —Alexandra Ivy
If you love the Dark Protectors, these wicked hot Realm Enforcers are for you!

Alexandra Monzelle is a hard-fighting, heat-packing Seattle vice cop, and she’s not much interested in being protected. Her short skirt and sex-kitten heels are tools to lure her suspects into talking about the deadly new drug hitting the streets. She can take care of herself and then some. Unfortunately, she can’t seem to get that through to Kellach Dunne.

Kellach is a fresh import from Dublin, and he’s landed at the heart of a vicious motorcycle club that deals in guns, narcotics, and mayhem. He’s all male, all rough power—and all interference in her damn investigation. Maybe he’s one of the good guys. Maybe not. Lex knows an affair with an immortal like him would risk everything. No matter how delicious he looks…
