About the Designers

Ben Cottrell and Matthew Dainty, collectively known as COTTWEILER, founded their brand in 2012. Ben and Matthew are concept led designers who respond instinctively to their social environment.

Having spent 5 years training on Saville Row and then moving on as chief of design at HEAD Sportswear, Ben’s experience has given the brand its technical approach to garment construction and tailoring.

Matthew started his career with Kim Jones and has spent several years designing and consulting for various performance sports and lifestyle brands.

About the Brand:

Forward thinking design and manufacturing is combined with an aspirational quality to form a relevant menswear label.

In addition to producing seasonal collections stocked worldwide COTTWEILER establishes a continual involvement with musicians, artists and curators of major exhibitions.

Collaborations:

COTTWEILER was invited by REEBOK to design a capsule collection. COTTWEILER FOR REEBOK was presented in January 2017 at Pitti Uomo.
